Health Care Reform

In 2010, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA or ACA) was signed into law and has promised to transform the way health care is delivered, managed, and paid for in the United States. Although some of its components and provisions have been implemented to date, the most significant changes take effect in 2013, 2014, and 2015.

To help our customers understand, prepare for, and make informed decisions about health care reform, we have developed communications around ACA provisions specifically for plan sponsors of self-funded plans:

As the law becomes effective over the coming months and years, we will continue to work with our customers and their benefit consultants to provide information and support around health care reform.
