Wellness Reimbursements
Employees and dependents enrolled in a Jefferson medical plan can receive a reimbursement of up to $150 each for an approved fitness center membership or virtual sessions through a digital subscription or app, participation in an approved weight loss program, and/or completion of a tobacco cessation program. Members can also receive up to $25 when purchasing a safety-approved bike helmet. Email your requests for reimbursement to the Wellness Reimbursement Department at Healthaccountplus@ibxtpa.com.
